Services

We provide the full range of bookkeeping services from transaction capture to the preparation of period and year end financial statements. In particular, we can do the following for your business:


Your purchasing to payment business cycle

We will:

  • Book your invoices
  • Allow you to approve them electronically
  • Prepare checks for your signatures according to your instructions, or according to the due dates of the bills
  • Use your bank’s online banking to make and record online payments
  • Deduct & deposit withholding taxes and take care of your 1099 forms

Your billing to cash collection cycle

We will:

  • Create your invoices based on the information your provide to us
  • Book cash received, and if you want, issue a receipt to your customers
  • Update the accounts of your customers
  • Send statements to your customers upon request
  • Keep track of the money your customers owe you

 

Fixed assets

  • We will maintain proper records for your property, plant and equipment
  • Calculate and prepare tax depreciation for your tax returns

 

Your payroll

We will:

  • Create and book payroll
  • Upon your approval, issue paystubs and mail checks to your staff
  • Make deductions for social security, medicare etc as required by law and deposit them with the government
  • Issue tax withholding forms to your staff at the end of the year
  • Prepare and file payroll returns with the government
  • Keep track of any advances employees have taken and deduct it from their paychecks.

Cash management

We will:

  • Monitor your bank statement online and prepare a bank reconciliation every week.
  • Alert you to any missing transactions we discover so you can stay in control of your bank accounts

General accounting

We will:

  • Manage your general ledger
  • After discussing with you, make journal entries for accruals, prepayments, credits or other adjustments.
  • Prepare trial balance, and financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement)
  • Provide information to your tax advisors for preparing the client's tax returns
